Here are some additional resources for birthmothers, birthfathers, birthgrandparents, and those who love and support them. Many Birth family members are left wondering after relinquishment how their children, grandchildren, and siblings may be.

Many find support in online communities, counseling, and networking with other birthparents locally in group settings. Some launch blogs and journal their experiences for others to share. Resources are available now more than ever with all the media outlets and online devices. Here are a few that people have found helpful.

AskBmom Mail List
A list for searching and reunited adoptees and birth parents to meet and share their feelings. Membership by approval.

Birthfathers' List
An email list for birthfathers only, for support, information and discussion. Must be over 17 to subscribe.

CUB
Concerned United Birthparents sponsors support groups around the country, provides literature and support for searches. New membership: $50.

A virtual community for birthmothers. Networking, reunion registry, support, mail list, and more.
